Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Midlevel Associate for its Raleigh, NC office. The candidate should possess a minimum of four years of experience in real estate or related transactional law.

Duties

  • Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and closing documents.
  • Conduct title, survey, and other due diligence reviews.
  • Manage real estate development projects.
  • Handle real estate financing transactions.
  • Oversee real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Negotiate commercial lease transactions.
  • Advise on zoning, land use, and condominium matters.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Minimum of four years' experience in real estate or related transactional law.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new skills and practices.
  • Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
