Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Commercial Real Estate Associate in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role offers the opportunity to join a thriving commercial real estate practice, providing meaningful responsibility and direct client exposure. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and associates in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Duties

  • Advise clients on buying, selling, leasing, and developing real estate.
  • Handle financing, construction loans, bridge loans, and disposition transactions.
  • Engage in transactional work with a focus on buyer/borrower-side experience.
  • Collaborate with team members on real estate-related corporate matters.

Requirements

  • Three to four years of commercial real estate experience at a large or mid-size law firm.
  • North Carolina bar license and experience preferred.
  • Experience in non-real-estate corporate/transactional/M&A matters is a plus.
  • LLC/joint venture experience and pre-law school real estate experience are advantageous.

Education

  • Strong academic credentials required.

Certifications

  • North Carolina bar license preferred.
