Duties

• Participate in high-impact acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.

Requirements

• At least one year of M&A experience.
• Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials.
• Superior communication skills.
• Membership to the State Bar where the candidate will be located.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
