A law firm seeks a Lateral Partner and Senior Associate for its Construction and Surety practice in Philadelphia, PA. Duties

  • Draft and negotiate construction contracts.
  • Manage construction defect litigation and related claims.

  • Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to meet client needs.

Requirements

  • Admission to the PA bar; NJ bar admission is helpful.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a construction practice.
  • Ability to manage a broad caseload with significant responsibilities.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in Pennsylvania; New Jersey is a plus.
