Duties

• Represent creditors in Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Courts.
• Develop and execute legal strategies for bankruptcy cases.
• Advise clients on complex bankruptcy and regulatory issues.
• Manage high case volumes efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Attend hearings and mediations throughout Pennsylvania.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as an attorney in bankruptcy law.
• Active member of the Bar in good standing.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and rules.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
