Duties

  • Manage a caseload including litigated and complex cases.
  • Conduct court appearances in PA and NJ.
  • Handle foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, eviction, and title issues.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in PA and NJ Default Services.
  • Admission to the PA and NJ bar required.
  • Admissions in all PA and NJ district courts preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and adaptability skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent legal research and writing abilities.
