A law firm seeks a dynamic and detail-oriented Litigation Associate to join their legal team in Knoxville, TN. The successful candidate will manage personal injury cases from intake to trial, contributing significantly to the firm's litigation efforts.

Duties

  • Draft clear, persuasive legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence.
  • Manage all phases of litigation from initial case assessment through trial preparation.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and settlement discussions to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and prepare for hearings or trials.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
  • Preferred 1-3 years of experience in personal injury.

Education
