Duties

• Draft various M&A-related agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, merger agreements, and joint venture agreements.
• Communicate and correspond effectively with colleagues, clients, and other counsel.
• Analyze corporate M&A legal issues and conduct related research as needed.
• Utilize corporate M&A reference materials and electronic resource tools.
• Organize and prioritize workload efficiently.

Requirements

• Significant M&A experience required.
• Preference for candidates with a stable law firm employment history.

Education

• JD degree
• Bachelor's degree
• Admitted to practice law in the State of New York

Skills

• Effective communication in English, both orally and in writing.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
