Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate to join their team in Los Angeles, CA, or Boston, MA. The successful candidate will support acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing transactions within a dynamic real estate practice.

Duties

• Support acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing transactions.
• Provide efficient legal service independently and as part of a team.
• Integrate quickly into the national real estate practice.
• Deliver high-quality client service for complex transactions.
• Collaborate with team members, working from the office approximately 60% of the time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial real estate experience.
• Admitted or eligible for admission in California or Massachusetts.
• Experience with sophisticated owners, investors, operators, and developers.
• Familiarity with transaction lifecycles and ability to review legal documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professionalism in client and investor interactions.
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and pay attention to detail.
• Effective collaboration in team settings.

Education

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted or eligible for admission in California or Massachusetts.
