Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial leasing from a reputable law firm.
• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
• Proven success in drafting and negotiating leases.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
