Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Projects & Energy Finance Of Counsel to join its team in Raleigh. This role focuses on energy transition financing matters, offering the opportunity to work on internationally recognized projects, including innovative financing deals in the energy transition sector.

Duties

  • Handle transactions in financing and M&A of energy transition projects and companies.
  • Manage tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization matters.

  • Foster positive work relationships and comply with firm policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.
  • Proven experience in tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD)

  • Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.
