Duties

• Provide legal counsel on regulatory issues in the energy sector, including electricity, utilities, and renewables.
• Support clients in regulatory, legislative, litigation, and transactional matters.
• Represent energy companies and industrial users in negotiations and power purchase agreements.
• Advise on state and federal utility regulations.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Experience in litigation, regulatory, and legislative matters for the energy industry.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
