Duties

  • Embed within priority practice groups to encourage AI tool adoption.
  • Validate AI outputs to meet professional and client standards.
  • Translate attorney needs into actionable requirements.
  • Integrate AI tools into existing workflows for improved efficiency.
  • Develop high-value use cases based on legal practice experience.
  • Partner with teams to map matter lifecycles and identify automation opportunities.
  • Support rapid prototyping and testing of new workflows.
  • Manage and mentor a team of AI and innovation lawyers.
  • Build trusted relationships with partners and attorneys.

Requirements

  • JD required.
  • Minimum seven years' experience as a practicing attorney or in KM/Innovation.
  • Deep understanding of legal workflows and delivery.
  • Experience with legal technology and project management.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive organizational change.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating requirements into solutions.
  • Understanding of data privacy, security, and responsible AI considerations.

  • Juris Doctor (JD)
