Duties

• Assist in the defense of medical malpractice and catastrophic loss cases.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Engage in legal research and writing to support case development.
• Participate in client meetings and case discussions.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in medical malpractice defense.
• Interest in defending high exposure claims.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
