Job Overview

Duties

• Engage in depositions and client interactions.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare litigation.
• Admitted to practice, or eligible to waive into, both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Preferred experience in professional liability, medical malpractice, and general liability.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
