Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Employment and Labor Attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada. Duties

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from start to finish.
• Represent clients in various employment and labor claims.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and partners on legal projects.
• Handle court appearances and depositions regularly.
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Must be admitted to practice in Nevada.
• 8+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience with general liability and employment/labor matters.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Legal project management experience is helpful.
• Trial experience is a plus.
