Traditional Labor Attorney

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced traditional labor attorney in Winston-Salem, NC. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients from various industries nationwide. The position offers flexibility to work from offices in Winston-Salem, NC; Charleston, WV; Morgantown, WV; or Pittsburgh, PA, with potential for remote work requiring at least three days per week in the office.

Duties

• Collaborate with clients on traditional labor matters.
• Provide legal advice on employment issues.
• Represent clients in negotiations and disputes.
• Conduct legal research and draft documents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in traditional labor law.
• Familiarity with employment matters.
• Active Bar license in at least one state.
• Willingness to become barred in NC, WV, PA, or FL.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Bar membership.
