Job Overview

A law firm seeks a midlevel business associate for its Portland, Oregon office. This hybrid position is ideal for candidates with four to six years of experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities, strategic partnerships, and commercial contracts.

Duties

• Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters.

Requirements

• Four to six years of relevant legal experience.
• Membership in the Oregon State Bar Association.
• Bar license in California, Idaho, or Washington is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Oregon State Bar Association.
