Duties:

• Guide clients through the unlawful detainer process
• Review and advise on lease agreements and enforceability
• Provide legal advice through phone and email consultations
• Draft legal correspondence, including notices and client communications
• Conduct independent legal research
• Assist with both transactional and litigation-related matters
• Build and maintain client relationships

Requirements:

• 0 to 3 years of legal experience
• Ability to handle a variety of legal matters in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to client service
• Interest in real estate, landlord-tenant, or business law preferred
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar membership or pending bar results
