Duties

• Assist clients through the unlawful detainer process.
• Review and advise on lease provision enforceability.
• Provide legal advice via phone and email consultations.
• Draft legal correspondence, including letters and pre-litigation notices.
• Conduct independent legal research.

Requirements

• J.D. and an active California Bar License (pending Bar results considered).
• 0-3 years of experience.
• Strong oral and written advocacy skills.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
