Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced transactional lawyer for its Fund Finance practice in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of Fund Finance transactional experience, with proficiency in subscription credit facilities. Experience with NAV, management company, hybrid, and other fund finance facilities is advantageous.

Duties

• Draft financing documents for complex transactions.
• Manage client relationships effectively.
• Independently move transactions forward.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of Fund Finance transactional experience.
• Proficiency in subscription credit facilities.
• Strong academic credentials and relevant law firm experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and desire for in-office development.

Education

• Law degree.

Certifications

• Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred.

Skills

• Experience with NAV, management company, hybrid, and other fund finance facilities.
• Ability to draft complex financing documents.
• Strong client management skills.
