Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Transactional Associate for its Nashville, TN office. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, lease drafting, and title and survey review.

Duties

  • Draft and review purchase and sale agreements and leases.
  • Oversee title and survey review processes.
  • Prepare title objection letters and closing documents.
  • Manage real estate transactions from LOI to close.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
  • Strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
  • Experience with title commitments and recorded documents.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in Tennessee.

Skills

  • Proficiency in real estate transactional work.
  • Ability to manage complex transactions independently.
