A law firm seeks an experienced IP Litigation Attorney to join its patent litigation practice in New York City, NY. The practice group handles trials and appeals involving patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, and complex commercial litigation matters.

Duties

• Represent clients in federal and state court trials and appeals.
• Engage in litigation before the International Trade Commission.
• Participate in post-grant proceedings at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Preference for experience in patent litigation.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills.

Education

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or mechanical engineering preferred.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.
