Associate Attorney - Labor & Employment

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Minneapolis, MN, with 2-6 years of experience to support its Labor & Employment group's litigation, class action defense, restrictive covenant/trade secret litigation, and advisory practices.

Duties

• Support litigation and class action defense efforts.
• Engage in restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation.
• Provide advisory services within the Labor & Employment group.
• Participate in direct client interactions and consultations.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in Minnesota or eligible for admission by practice.
• Clerkship or at least one year of labor and employment advisory or litigation experience preferred.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills required.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills necessary.
• Experience with class action or complex litigation matters is a plus.
• Admission to practice in California or interest in seeking such admission is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
