Duties:

• Manage a caseload involving general, commercial, and energy litigation

• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Prepare for and participate in court appearances, hearings, and depositions

• Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop a litigation strategy

• Assist with trial preparation and attend trials when necessary

• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

• Collaborate with partners and other attorneys to support client matters

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling litigation matters

• Strong drafting and analytical capabilities

• Demonstrated interest in courtroom advocacy and client representation

• Active license to practice law in the state of Kentucky

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Kentucky State Bar (required)
