A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Greenville, SC, to join its bankruptcy practice. The role involves high-volume legal representation of mortgage lenders and servicers in bankruptcy-related matters. Duties

  • Represent creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings.
  • Manage a high-volume caseload independently.

  • Maintain effective and timely communication with clients and team members.
  • Work collaboratively with paralegals, legal support staff, and other attorneys.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • License to practice law in South Carolina required.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and legal writing skills.
  • Ability to handle a large caseload in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Previous bankruptcy or foreclosure experience a plus, but not required.

Education
