Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate Finance Associate with 3-5 years of experience in debt capital markets and/or commercial finance to join their team in Palo Alto, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience with borrower/issuer-side work, single-lender and syndicated credit facilities, venture lending transactions, leveraged buyouts, and offerings of convertible, high-yield, and investment-grade notes.

Duties

• Engage in borrower/issuer-side work.
• Handle single-lender and syndicated credit facilities.
• Participate in venture lending transactions.
• Assist with leveraged buyouts and offerings of structured financial instruments.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.
