Duties

• Advise clients on strategic workforce growth, employment policies, and compliance.
• Provide guidance to executives and HR leaders on employment matters.
• Support corporate transactions by advising on employment-related risks.
• Draft and negotiate employment agreements and related documents.
• Collaborate with clients in technology and private equity sectors.

Requirements

• Excellent academic credentials and strong communication skills.
• Current associate in a Chambers-ranked Labor & Employment group.
• Member of the California State Bar or New York State Bar.
• Demonstrated professionalism and judgment in high-stakes situations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar or New York State Bar.

Salaries are in line with other top Bay Area firms, and the firm provides a sizable bonus for all lawyers who bill at least 1,950 hours, with additional money based on three separate billable-hour levels above 1,950.
