Duties

• Represent clients in employment litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Experience with wage and hour class actions preferred.
• Familiarity with PAGA is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
