A law firm is seeking an accomplished attorney to join its team as a Senior Associate or Junior Partner. This role focuses on corporate and transactional legal work, with a preference for candidates who bring additional experience in commercial real estate. Duties

  • Transactional Work: Manage and execute a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Client Advisory: Provide strategic legal counsel to businesses on various matters, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and contract negotiations.
  • Real Estate Expertise: Support and advise on commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing purchase agreements and related documents.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, revise, and review complex agreements, corporate resolutions, and transactional documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and clients to deliver solutions tailored to client goals.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in transactions and agreements.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years practicing in corporate and transactional law; familiarity with commercial real estate is strongly preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to navigate complex legal challenges and offer practical, innovative solutions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively advocate for and counsel clients.

Education

  • Degree: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
