Duties

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and closing documents.
• Conduct title, survey, and other due diligence reviews and management.
• Engage in real estate development and financing transactions.
• Handle real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
• Manage commercial lease transactions.
• Address zoning, land use, and condominium matters.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of four years' experience in real estate or related transactional law.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Valid authorization to work in the U.S.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
