Job Overview

Duties

• Support securities offerings and assist with M&A transactions.
• Advise public company clients on SEC compliance and disclosure obligations.
• Provide corporate governance and regulatory guidance.
• Offer day-to-day corporate advice to public and private companies.
• Collaborate with in-house counsel, management teams, and boards of directors.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of experience in a corporate and securities practice.
• Experience with SEC reporting and capital markets preferred.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• J.D. required.

Certifications

• Admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction of the primary office.
