Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level associate attorney with expertise in 4G/5G telecommunications for their Atlanta, GA office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

Duties

  • Engage in patent litigation and IPR proceedings before the PTAB.
  • Collaborate with the litigation and patent teams on complex cases.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
  • Advise clients on telecommunications-related legal matters.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in patent litigation and IPR proceedings.
  • At least 2 years of solid litigation experience.
  • Previous work experience in 4G/5G telecommunications.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Certifications

  • USPTO registration number preferred.
