Duties

• Litigate employment claims involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
• Advise employers on compliance issues, including terminations and wage matters.
• Draft personnel policies and employment-related agreements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in employment-specific, defense-side roles.
• Strong academic performance in law school.
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to take ownership of work and career.
• Good standing with the NJ State Bar; NY admission preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
