Job Overview

Duties

  • Manage multiple employment litigation cases.

  • Supervise junior associates and staff.
  • Act as primary client contact.
  • Conduct depositions and courtroom proceedings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in employment litigation.
  • Focus on single-plaintiff, high-stakes cases.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Federal Court Rules and E-Discovery.
  • Admission to the California Bar.

Education

  • Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the California Bar.
