Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced transactional lawyer for its expanding Fund Finance practice in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of Fund Finance transactional experience and demonstrate proficiency in subscription credit facilities.

Duties

• Draft financing documents for complex transactions.
• Manage client relationships effectively.
• Independently advance transactions.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of Fund Finance transactional experience.
• Proficiency in subscription credit facilities.
• Experience with NAV, management company, hybrid, and other fund finance facilities (and other secured lending transactions more generally) is a plus.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Relevant law firm experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Desire for in-office development and client interaction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Ability to draft complex financing documents.
• Effective client relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
