Duties

• Work on M&A transactions and corporate matters for private equity funds and portfolio companies.
• Draft governing documents such as bylaws, operating agreements, and partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with a team on complex transactional matters.
• Engage with clients from diverse industries.

Requirements

• Experience with private equity funds and M&A transactions.
• Strong academic background and superior drafting skills.
• Admitted to the Colorado Bar.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to participate in community and professional organizations.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the Colorado Bar.
