Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Health Information Technology Attorney in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience and will join the Health Operations Practice Group. This position offers remote flexibility based on qualifications and experience.

Duties

  • Draft, review, and negotiate technology contracts, including SaaS agreements and software licensing.
  • Lead project management for complex compliance reviews and technology commercialization efforts.
  • Advise technology companies and healthcare providers on joint development arrangements.
  • Conduct transactional due diligence and manage large-scale engagements.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Experience in technology and innovation, including e-commerce and health IT.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, security, and EHR interoperability.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
