Duties

• Draft and negotiate purchase and merger agreements.
• Prepare LLC and LP agreements and ancillary transaction documents.
• Meet day-to-day requirements of private equity fund and portfolio company clients.
• Collaborate with client business teams in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of private equity and M&A experience.
• Strong drafting, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Good business and strategic judgment.
• Prior large firm experience with private equity sponsors.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials required.
