Job Overview

Duties

Requirements

  • J.D. and an active California Bar License
  • Strong oral and written advocacy skills
  • Strong legal research skills
  • Willingness to make court appearances

Education

  • Graduate Degree

Certifications

  • Active California Bar License

Skills

  • Knowledge of landlord/tenant law
  • Familiarity with affordable housing programs (e.g., HUD, Section 8, tax credit housing)
  • 1+ year of jury trial experience
  • Experience in the rental housing industry
  • Client training and public speaking experience
