Duties

  • Conduct preliminary analysis of case outcomes and develop strategies.
  • Advise clients on legal rights, duties, and risks.
  • Interpret laws and regulations for clients.
  • Represent clients from prelitigation through litigation stages.
  • Prepare legal briefs, motions, and discovery documents.
  • Negotiate settlements and present evidence in civil litigation.
  • Supervise law clerks, legal assistants, and paralegals.
  • Attend site inspections and mediations with clients.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to legal practice.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor Degree.
  • Admission to the California Bar.
  • Minimum of 12 months post-bar experience in law practice.
  • At least 1 year of experience in real estate law.

Education

  • Juris Doctor Degree.

Certifications

  • California Bar Admission.

Skills

  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Ability to develop independent case management skills.
