Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Funds Associate for their Chattanooga, TN office. The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate and securities law, with experience advising investment funds and investors. This role involves working with the Financial Services & Capital Markets team.

Duties

• Advise investment funds throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit.
• Manage multiple projects and articulate legal strategies.

Requirements

• Three to five years of relevant experience preferred.
• Active bar license in the state of application or commitment to obtain one.
• Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar license.
