Antitrust Associate

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Antitrust Associate to join its practice group in Washington, D.C. The successful candidate will provide counsel on U.S. antitrust laws, including complex mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, unilateral conduct, private litigations, and counseling.

Duties

• Advise on U.S. antitrust laws and regulations.
• Manage complex mergers and acquisitions.

• Engage in private litigations and provide counseling.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of antitrust experience at a nationally recognized law firm or federal government agency.
• Preferably with merger clearance experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.
