Duties

  • Prepare and file HSR Forms, ensuring accuracy and strategic advice.
  • Coordinate with external counsel on HSR filings.

Requirements

  • Substantive experience with U.S. antitrust law in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Extensive familiarity with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act.
  • Admission or eligibility for admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
