Duties

  • Advise clients on transactional antitrust risk and compliance.
  • Represent clients before antitrust enforcement authorities.
  • Handle government merger enforcement actions, including Second Requests.

Requirements

  • Experience in antitrust and competition law.
  • Experience with government antitrust investigations.
  • Admitted or eligible for admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex legal matters.
