A law firm seeks a junior to mid-level Corporate Associate to join its expanding Corporate practice group in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will bring expertise in corporate finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions.

Duties

• Assist in corporate finance transactions and securities offerings.
• Draft and review M&A agreements and related documents.
• Conduct due diligence and prepare Exchange Act filings.
• Collaborate with team members to support client needs.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, securities, and M&A.
• GA Bar admission or eligibility for admission.
• Strong academic background and excellent writing skills.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and initiative.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Georgia Bar or ability to become admitted.

Skills

• Proficiency in public offerings and Exchange Act filings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
