Duties

• Attend depositions and court appearances.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and management.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, client communications, and discovery.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of cases for trial with opportunity for second chair trial experience if desired.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the States of New Jersey and New York.
• 2 to 7 years of experience as a civil defense litigator.
• Previous civil defense litigation experience preferred.
• Superior analytical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to client service.
