Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join its practice in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong academic credentials and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Duties

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including fact investigation, pleadings, discovery, and trial.
• Develop and maintain strong business and client relationships.
• Prepare witnesses for deposition and draft legal documents.
• Manage filing and service of pleadings.

Requirements

• Experience with an Am Law 100 firm is desired.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and matter management skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Member of the New York State Bar in good standing.

Skills
