Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Junior or Mid-Level Associate for the Patent Litigation Team in Charlotte. The successful candidate will join a team dedicated to providing comprehensive and sophisticated patent litigation solutions across various sectors, including telecommunications, software, and manufacturing.

Duties

• Assist in managing patent litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with team members to develop litigation strategies.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements

• 2 - 7 years of patent litigation experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of practice.

Skills
