Job Overview

Duties

• Manage litigation and title-related deadlines efficiently and proactively.
• Review and analyze title reports and related documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal staff.
• Ensure compliance with client expectations regarding accuracy, timeliness, and professional standards.
• Work independently and leverage technology in reviewing title reports and foreclosure files.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in a non-judicial foreclosure state.
• Experience in real estate, foreclosure, and/or title law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong self-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education
